At Church of the Cross, we don’t want to simply write a check or show up to worship on Sunday morning.
We want more from our faith. So we desire and work actively to BE the church.
Every month, we focus on our Mission of the Month calendar. And we serve Jesus in a WIDE variety of ways: 840 pairs of underwear for those experiencing homelessness; school supplies for those who cannot afford them; Angel Tree gifts for the children of those currently incarcerated; ServErie; CROP Walk; Sunday Suppers and Our Neighbors’ Place Shelter; Bag the Beans; and many, many more.
Even more, our members have committed themselves to keeping track of their hands on mission work and we’re well over 1,600 hours already!
If you desire to not simply go to church but to BE the church, then you are invited to COTC to experience how we love God by serving in Jesus’ name!
